The classic double room was spotless and outstanding, with multi-channel television, a seating area, and a writing table. The staff was very very nice and solved our problems immediately. The location was great and excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Mariahilfer Strasse.

Had a good breakfast with very good cappuccino. Rooms with comfortable beds had a quiet atmosphere. The location of the hotel was marvellous and magnificent, next to center.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was really convenient for exploring the city and getting to all the tourist attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great information and recommendations during our stay. We felt well taken care of and really enjoyed the personalized service.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the soundproofing in the rooms was really poor, and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying.
